Whether you’re into sports or technology, this time of the year there are always rumors-a-plenty. Even better than rumors is when you see a photo or two leaked backing up what was previously only word of mouth on the matter.

When it comes to the tablets, none has really appealed to me by the way of design all that much. I felt they all left a bit to desire to be honest. That is until I laid eyes on the new Nexus 7 2 tablet that is rumored to hit us soon. That soon could well be very soon with Google announcing that they will be holding a press conference on the 24th of July. That is less than 1 week from today. After a glimpse of these images and the official conference coming from Google, it doesn’t take Einstein to put two and two together here. That doesn’t mean that it is all that will be announced on that day for the Mountain View company, but it most definitely will be a part of it.

If these pictures by Android Central hold up us true, it could go down as one of the prettiest bits of tech I’ve seen in a while. It almost looks fitting for a good mobile.

Along with the pictures leaking were also some specs to go along with. This puppy is said to be coming to us in two different memory sizes, a 16 and 32 GB. It will be packing the very latest 4.3 jelly Bean which we have seen leaked onto a couple of devices already. One of which we only covered less than 24 hours ago.

We’ve seen a lot of color being introduced into the mobile world recently, which seemingly all started with the Redmond group. Having a device decked out in lime green for instance is now considered the norm. On top of that the budget iPhone is expected to be released really soon which will also come in a bunch of new fresh colors. As good as it does look, it’s also paved the way for black to come back looking neater than ever.

One of the best parts of leaks is that now you know what you want to start saving for. It won’t be long before this goodness is sitting on store shelves.
