People in Taiwan can now be happy that a new Smartphone has been presented to them today in the form of the Samsung Galaxy J. The letter thing is proving to be a popular them with mobiles and it can sometimes be hard to understand. It was never meant as a way of describing what the mobile is about though. Its main idea being the movement is to create an easy to remember labeling system. So what does the J have to offer its customers?
When we see devices hitting shores outside of our own we instantly think of something that doesn’t come with a great deal of hardware packed under the hood. This time that has changed and what we have here is a mixture of the Galaxy S4 and the galaxy Note 3.
If you put those two together, it makes for a powerful handset and one that many people would want to own. Rather than giving lesser economies, something cheap, Android has come up with a new idea of giving them something good but old. Combine it with two different things so that it has never been owned before, and you have a new and affordable device that will be great to use. So great that many people from the U.S are wishing they got to try it out.
The Galaxy J will have a 5 inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920. It doesn’t stop there either, arguably its best feature is the quad-core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU. Now, while we have been given announcements that this kind of chip will be going up to 805, it still makes for a top of the shelf type fit right now. It’s only downfall, if you can call it that, is the 2600mAh battery which may result in a rather lackluster lifespan. It’s not quite as easy as that to assess though, because we will have to see how it runs first.
Did you know that the J in this name was originally put in to represent “Japan only” even though this has made its way across Asia.
There was a video leak two days ago that showed this one off with good footage. It can still be found on YouTube if you want to check it out. It was thought to be the Galaxy S5 by many until it was revealed to be this one instead.
